When Are You Eligible for a Full Refund?
We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan, so we offer a full refund for free up to 14 days after you receive your order, or after 45 of placing your order, if your order has not been delivered yet.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
1- Your order never arrives.
2- The product you received is damaged or defective.
2- Your order is delayed beyond 45 days.
Partial or Shipping Refunds
If your situation doesn’t quite meet the criteria for a full refund, don’t worry! You might still qualify for:
1- Full Shipping Refunds if your order arrives after the expected timeframe.
2- Partial Refunds for any minor issues that don’t qualify for a full refund.
Refund Processing Time:
Once your refund is approved, it typically takes about 7 business days for the refunded money to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Returns Made Easy
Returning an item is simple and free of charge, as long as a valid reason meets our refund standards. Here’s how it works:
1- No return fees: If eligible, we’ll provide a free shipping label for you to return the item.
2- Return window: You can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your order.
3- No need to return: In many cases, we’ll issue a refund without requiring a physical return of the products your purchased.
4- If a physical return of the product purchased is required, then you can return it to us via mail free of charge.
