Hey there, fellow duelists! Our refund policy is here to ensure your satisfaction is as high as your ATK points! If your order never made its way to your duel arena, if you opened your package only to find Exodia's head missing, or if your cards arrived fashionably late (60+ days), fear not! We've got you covered for a full refund. But what about orders that don't quite fit into those categories? Don't worry, we've got options for you too! Even if you do not qualify for a full refund, you could still snag a Full Shipping Refund, or even a Partial Refund. In the case of a return, we will not charge you any fees to return, as long as a valid reason that meets our Refund Policy Standards is provided and confirmed. All returns are done by mail, and we will provide you a free shipping label to download. You can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your order. However, we will normally not ask you to return the item in order to get a refund. If we find that you are entitled to a full or partial refund, then we don't want our customers to worry about returning items, so we will normally refund you as soon as the case is resolved.
